Self Awareness

This coaching focuses on building an individuals self awareness. This coaching may include tools such as:

  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) or

  • the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) which is a 360 degree feedback survey.

 

Coaching that focuses on building self awareness is usually 4 - 6 sessions and each session is usually 60 – 90 minutes in duration. Sessions are usually scheduled approximately 2 - 3 weeks apart.

 

The exact number of sessions, their duration and frequency is determined based on the individual needs and objectives of the individual.
