Background and Experience

 

My experience as a consultant spans boutique organisations, large corporates and government departments as well as individual private clients.

 

I have over 20 years of experience as an Human Resources professional. I have worked in a number of ASX top 100 companies across a wide range of industries including financial services, gaming and entertainment, energy, property and retail.

 

I have coaching qualifications and have been accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I am also a member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA). I have delivered over 800 hours of coaching.

I am an engaging and passionate facilitator. I facilitate workshops including team-building sessions and leadership development programs. 

 

I have over 8 years experience as an independent consultant. My clients have included MYOB, BHP, David Challis International, Aprelo, Somersault Consulting, Let’s Talk Career, Powerplant Project Services, and Climate Change Authority. I also coach individual private clients.
